The Click4 network can provide the training, support and customer bookings to trainees and existing oven cleaners in different parts of the UK. In these unprecedented times, many of us could do with additional income to help pay bills or just to ensure we can save for the future.
Members receive provisional bookings that Click4 have secured with a deposit. The majority of these will turn into real jobs. All you need to do is contact them, arrange a date, arrive and carry out the service to good standards. The remaining balance is paid direct to you on completion (this is 100% of what you quote). You are your own boss, building a clientele in your location, with support from the network.
Each member, is allocated with their own exclusive territories.
Make no mistake! it is hard work and quite physically demanding at times, ideally suited to someone used to a manual, hands on role. You also need to be a quick worker, reliable, friendly and have a desire for quality workmanship.
You can expect to make £18-£20 per hour, choose what days you work, and have control over your venture, with the marketing support of the network.
If you are an existing oven cleaner, you can continue to trade under that name. You should however only use the network to increase your workload and not entirely rely on it.
Members are permitted to use the Click4 logo, however terms and conditions apply.
The network is not able to support a full time income, you can of course promote yourself either as an individual or company in order to obtain additional work.
We are experienced both in professional oven cleaning, and digital marketing. But unfortunately, cannot guarantee any set amount of customer requests/provisional bookings in any given period. However, typically you can expect to receive 4-6 bookings a week (if you are unsatisfied, you can leave at any time).
If you are not already trained and/or experienced in professional oven cleaning, you must either complete our 'on the job' training course before becoming a member. Subject to availability we offer a three day 'on the job' training course in your location for £399.00 which also includes a manual.
However, due to COVID-19 we are selling our training manual on eBay for £199.00. Purchasing this, along with verification will allow you to join the network.
You can also purchase this through the website, please send a message.
An experienced oven cleaning technician will perform the cleans initially whilst you observe. Then you will work together as a team, and finally you will complete a couple of jobs solo whilst being guided.
Both 'on the job' training and training manual Includes..
What products to use and where
Use of equipment and tools
Taking ovens apart and back together
Cleaning techniques and processes
Health and safety
Training will be equivalent to approximately 3 days (18-21 hours) but may be spread over 4-5 days as training depends on the slots requested by customers. Please note ongoing support is only available to network members. For more information fill in the form at the bottom of the page.
Most professional oven cleaners charge anything from £40 for a typical single oven, to £150 for a large range with extras. Based on our experience regarding how long the work takes to complete to professional standards, you can earn £18-£20 per hour (but this will depend on how efficient you are). But you do obviously have to allow for some overheads such as, fuel, insurance, materials, and if you plan to make a business out of it then marketing costs. You can expect to make around 75-80% profit from what you earn. The network does not charge you any fees or take a cut from your earnings.
Example: In one week you do two double ovens, a single and a single with extractor this takes us 9.5-10.5 hours to complete totaling £185. After your small amount of overheads listed above, leaves approximately £150.00 profit (80%).
You inevitably need a vehicle (preferably a van) reliable and tidy. A van mounted dip tank is also recommended, although not compulsory. Prices of these can vary but a cheap gas one is sufficient - £500-£700. If you are an existing company however, you will be expected to already have one.
Becoming a part time oven cleaner completely solo would also mean you would not benefit from ongoing support. This can prove to be beneficial when you come across problems, such as with oven doors or dealing with a difficult customer.
Members are required to sign an agreement - this sets out obligations and protects both the member and Click4.
